Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid lived in Vietnam and has Chinese ancestry while Winston Barrett Munn's clan has roots that go back to the American South. Olivia was just 2 years old when she was divorced from her parents. The family now is run by her stepfather and mom. He is a United States Air Force soldier. The family stayed throughout the world, her principal residence is Tokyo, Japan. During this time, she appeared in various local theater productions and later became a model in the Japanese fashion industry. Olivia returned to Los Angeles after the family's return back to this part of the United States. She pursued the dream of becoming an actor. After a few small performances, her career took an extremely promising direction after she secured the part of Mily Acuna in the Hawaii-focused television series Beyond the Break (2006) as well as the part as Rob Schneider's receptionist on Big Stan (2007). She hosts "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. It is her favorite pastime, and she practices since her TV show Beyond the Break (2006).
