She was born Kellie Dawn Pickler on June 28 1986 Pickler was a difficult childhood. The mother she had left when she was just two years old to avoid an abusive relationship. Pickler returned to her mother when she assumed custody. It did not work out very well. At the age of 12, Pickler was 12, the judge returned her to her grandmothers, whom she grew up until adulthood. Pickler had too many things to do with motherhood in the absence of her parents. Pickler said she had no time for studies, she started to study cooking and clean from a very early stage. Pickler participated in cheerleading at the middle and high school she attended. Pickler graduated in 2004 from North Stanly High School. Pickler was also a beauty pageant contestant.
